Tell us about your org

The more context you give, the more useful the first call is. Rough numbers are fine.

Coverage
Remote, serving clients nationwide — East Coast to Pacific Coast
Hours
Monday–Friday, with overlapping coverage across all four continental U.S. time zones. Standard response within one business day.

What happens next

  1. We reply within one business day with a couple of times that work in your time zone.
  2. Thirty-minute call. You describe the situation; we ask the questions that separate a process problem from a platform one.
  3. A short written follow-up with what we’d suggest — including if that suggestion is that you don’t need us yet.

If it’s a fit, we’ll scope from there. If it isn’t, you still leave with something useful.

Contact

Start with a thirty-minute call

No pitch deck, no obligation, no discovery questionnaire to fill out first. Describe what’s slow or broken and we’ll tell you where that usually comes from.

Common questions

Before you write

Is the discovery call really free?

Yes, and there’s no scoping questionnaire to complete first. Thirty minutes, a real conversation about your org. We’re not going to learn enough in half an hour to bill for it, and you shouldn’t have to pay to find out whether we’re a fit.

We’re not sure what we need yet. Is that a problem?

Not at all — that’s the most common starting point. “Reports don’t match” or “everything takes too long” is enough to work with. Naming the symptom is our job, not yours.

Do you sign NDAs?

Routinely. Send yours over and we’ll review it, or we can provide a mutual one. Nothing about your org gets discussed publicly, and case studies on this site are published only with client permission.

What do you do with what I submit here?

Reply to it. That’s all. Contact form submissions aren’t added to a mailing list, sold, or shared with anyone.
